On River FM Mondays between 2 and 4pm OUR STORIES. This weeks Inner Journey is with Kamaia. Then there is all this Sublime Music . I feel so blessed by all those who have shared their Journeys with me, it has become part of my own connection and exploration. Live Streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream
Please consider my rave and engage. Out of that deep feeling came the answer, that it was just a very old memory of rejection, it was, while painful, still liberating to have moved through that. There was another situation where I felt so much hurt and I just stayed right there in that deep quagmire and felt deeply. I went right into that and at some point I realised I was indulging myself, I was really so caught up in that pure drama of me, me, the indulgent me, but then once again it was good to see that it was just more drama of my own making. This too will pass, and next time it possibly won’t have the charge or the hold over me that it has had in the past. So there I’m sure was some healing and resolve. My sense is I can’t step over my baggage as if it’s not there, if something has charge I have to be honest and deal with it. Also to be gentle on myself in that process. My own healing is a start to a better world.

On River FM Mondays between 2 and 4pm OUR STORIES. This weeks Inner Journey is with Subi Awad. Then there is all this Sublime Music . I feel so blessed by all those who have shared their Journeys with me, it has become part of my own connection and exploration. Live Streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream
The inner journey are we open enough to explore our lives a bit deeper. Lets illuminate what is in the way of us feeling the Love which is there waiting to be embraced. please partake, participate. The implications of being emotionally suppressed cut deep, instilled in our very being, whole set of limiting beliefs closed us down to a lot of joy and nurture. This is where we took on baggage which creates foggy unclear relationships. When we have a world full of baggage between people, and denial of so many parts of ourselves the world is not so interconnected. All those standoffs going on, and wars. Holding on in holding pattern. In my own journey I took on all that stuff, lived a lot of lies until I was 38. It was so painful.
Eventually seeing that I didnt have to lie anymore was an incredible weight off my back. Suddenly there was room for real joy in my life, although I know I am still a work in progress. Still trying to become mindful of what I am doing. If like me you are a male, and you were told not to cry, be a man. Even though great feminine qualities are part of our makeup, whether we be man or woman, the whole inequality between the sexes became part of our day to day existence. It manifests itself on a day to day basis. When we see it out there in the world in our life, we need to call it out. Let those doing bad sexist behaviour know it is not okay. The day real equality exists will be better for the whole planet. To become mindful of our behaviour, are we trying to control or manipulate someone psychologically, or by any means? This only enslaves us, it takes courage but please step into that liberating territory of who we truly are for the sake of connection to each other, and the earth. This too will pass whatever it is that is bothering you. The inner journey I hope is helping you to the truth of who you are.

On River FM 92.9 Mondays between 2and 4 OUR STORIES Live Streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream After that just sublime Music.
This weeks Inner Journey Conversation is with Katrine. Oh and then there is sublime Music.
Today I want to talk about particular human Behaviour. Narcissistic self indulgence has to be seen for what it does to us as a common collective.
When its all me-me-me there is separation and a lack of caring for the common good of humanity as a whole. In this space we don’t see others around us maybe others struggling with grief or other things life has bought us. Some of this comes out of our privilege and which way we, as whole can move on. I don’t think it’s about pointing this out to individuals. Our actions and own self inquiry can be enough for others to see us, and maybe recognise that we might be doing such behaviour. I have been an activist for years and have been on the streets trying to bring attention to injustice and blights on our environment by big business. Our choices are important because we always have the opportunity to truly see others and feel the love, the love of those lost in that quagmire of disfunction and our own longing to find our way out of that. Please engage with my rave, find your truth and see if some of this aligns with you.

On River FM Mondays on 92.9. between 2 and 4PM. OUR STORIES The Inner Journey Conversation . This week is with Gwilym co created by Katka. The Last hour, just playing fab Music Music made in heaven Live streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream
When we were young we were vulnerable and our whole being was open to endless possibilities. We were then wounded in the heart, so we lived our lives more closed, less open to love and sometimes more reactive. We didn’t feel so safe, if you were super sensitive it most probably translated to trauma which is something that sticks around in the cells of our body. Inner Journeys gives us new opportunities to see each others journey and the trials of being human. It is about the heart, and becoming more aware of our common humanity to each other and new possibilities for stronger, more inclusive communities, and that folks is where the revolution starts, Participate participate... feedback welcome., tune in.

On River FM Mondays 92.9 between 2 pm and 4pm OUR STORYS The Inner Journey Conversation this week is wth Ian. Then there is Music made in heaven Live streaming 2ncr.org.au/stream The revolution takes part in the hearts of us. Looking out at our Politicians they won’t save us, they are on there own self-serving pathway. We have to unhinge from the big collective unconscious, or matrix as some like to call it. Change in our own beings is not easy, after all our conditioning is about holding out selves back from everything including Love
that old holding pattern, in holding pattern. Don’t let go and rock the boat. Don’t above all else be emotional (it is a sign of weakness). Are we being the passionate, caring, loving people we are at our essence? Is there love in your life? Sharing more of us to let go the ‘barnacles of the past’, which keep us in a limited state of being, takes a leap of faith, a letting go, and in that be gentle on yourself. Consider what I am saying, and yes, it is intellectual but we have to start somewhere. The Inner Journey conversations are about creating awareness of more of who we truly are, and giving us all a chance to feel. May the newfound force be with you. If we tell our story it really is about self inquiry. Telling our Story we share of ourselves, how much we share is a sign of how open we are. In saying that we may have things that are to hard to share in that case do what ever is right for you. Please engage with this.

River FM 92.9. Between 2 and 4pm Mondays. The show is OUR STORIES. The inner journey conversation this week is with James 2ncr.org.au/stream to live stream. And of course I always play divine music just for you.
My rave today is about human behaviour. I will start by saying our world is a Quagmire of Dysfunction. Each and everyone of us has a part in this as we carried on these traditions of not so good human behaviours. To get to the heart of the matter we must consider it was born out of our upbringing. Our parents and their parents all had the same types of dysfunctional blue print imprinted all over them. When we were little we were powerless, and out of our survival mechanisms we did things out of fear or lack of true nurturing. As we became adults, because of behaviours that were embedded in the cells of our bodies, we carried on those traditions and bad behaviours.
This did not help, nor create emotional intelligence, which is missing in our world, and which is also required for caring solutions for each of us. Unpacking our past and seeing what happened there may just require us, as individuals, to tell our story, to see the pain of our own separation and disconnection from others. We all have a part to play in our collective evolution and its not always easy but its like there is a calling for major correction in our trajectory for mother earth. We have a habit of looking outward to politicians or others and thinking they will save us. At the heart of all wars is unconscious human behaviour, fear etc, and in war is sanctioned murder. We take up arms and kill each other without any feeling for what we have done, the ultimate illusion of separation. If we blame everyone else for our predicament or loveless situation we have become a powerless victim. We can embrace our fears and take risks with those close to us in order to have deeper, more caring relationships. Please engage with this. https://ourinnerstories.com.au/

River FM 92.9. Between 2 and 4pm Mondays. The show is OUR STORIES. The inner journey conversation this week is with Katka. 2ncr.org.au/stream to live stream. And of course I always play divine music just for you. Here is some writing by Jeff Brown about not stepping over your body . We arrived with body and all contained within.
Shame comes at us from many different directions- families of origin, the guilt tripping religious world, the competitive marketplace, the collective consciousness itself. I know of very few people who move through the world with a healthy sense of self, with a real appreciation for their divinity and inherent magnificence. And the spiritual bypass movement just makes things worse for those who are seeking answers, bashing the ego in its entirety, repressing the shadow in the name of a version of enlightenment that is more self-avoidant than expansive, and even characterizing the body as spiritually sub-standard, as though the divine made a mistake putting us in human form. This cycle is often perpetuated by the artificial forgiveness community, who diminish those who dare to work on their unresolved feelings by telling them that their feelings are an illusion, their experiences are mischaracterized, their stories tiresome. Just jump out of your process and forgive your wrongdoers- put their process ahead of even your own. Levels and levels of madness, that leave spiritual seekers entirely confused about the value of healing the pain body and elevating the self-concept. Let’s get this straight- Shame is not an illusion. Self-loathing is not an illusion. Our stories are not illusions. Abuse and neglect are not illusions. And the need to heal our hearts and elevate our self-concepts is essential to healthy functioning. Pretending things aren’t real doesn’t make them go away. Facing them does. JEFF BROWN
